Legal assistance to businesses and entrepreneurs on social security and insurance matters, both at the preventive stage and in the management of disputes with INPS, INAIL and other competent authorities. Our work includes assistance in relation to inspections, challenges, contribution claims, recoveries, oppositions and, more generally, any social security or insurance matter connected with business organisation and the management of employment relationships.
Legal assistance in individual and collective dismissals and, more generally, in terminations of employment and related negotiations, including in the context of restructuring and business reorganization processes. Our work includes the management of redundancies, trade union negotiations, voluntary exit incentive plans, ordinary and extraordinary wage supplementation schemes (CIGO and CIGS), solidarity contracts and any other tool aimed at workforce review.
Legal assistance in technological innovation, digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence implementation processes, with particular focus on the redefinition of organizational and production models, the review of duties, roles and company structures, the management of impacts on employment relationships and, where necessary, the management of redundancies, terminations and staff reduction processes.
